Welcome to NxFlat! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NxFlat's ERP Platform, located at nxflat.in.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and registering an account to use the SaaS Dashboard, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NxFlat if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Subscription Service

We provide a subscription-based ERP tool for real estate listings, CRM contacts, and website hosting. We charge fees in accordance with the selected pricing tier. Subscription cycles recur monthly or annually. Cancelation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

3. Lead Marketplace Rules

Brokers purchasing or selling leads on our marketplace agree to comply with standard customer verification processes. Marketplace credits are non-refundable and hold no monetary conversion value outside the NxFlat system.

4. Limitation of Liability

NxFlat is not responsible for property disputes, lead conversion rates, or client communications. The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

5. Revisions
